The site was original passed for a more restricted ridge height, but with our detailed planning application, we were able upgrade this to a full 1.5-Storey Dormer Dwelling
This dwelling has a modern take on a traditional style front with large feature apex window to front overlooking Lough Beg. A simple mix of white render and black natural stone work well to complete this simple, traditional look
Time to get stuck in to the detailed Low-Energy Drawings, and then onto the site!
